Sometimes called anti-gravity Pilates, zero gravity Pilates and flying Pilates, aerial Pilates is a form of suspension fitness. Whether you are new to teaching or already teaching movement, our course will equip you to be a skilful, safe and adept aerial Pilates teacher.
Our course is comprehensive and it is a stand-alone instructor training course. In other words, you don’t need to already be teaching some sort of physical class and you will be able to become a successful aerial teacher on completion.

This course will give you:

- Two Unique 60 minute Classes (of 7 blocks each). These two classes are completely different from each other and allow you to mix and match blocks when you plan your classes.
- Six Extra Interchangeable Blocks to Change up your Classes
- Each of these blocks are available in two formats: Firstly as a Tutorial to guide you through the teaching points. Secondly, they are filmed as an experience so you can learn the language, find the teaching flow and feel how it works from your students point of view.
- Extra Videos with Additional Guidance for Build Up Practices, Spotting and Cueing.
- A clear understanding of how to best structure your classes. You will have the step by step instructions such as where your students need to be to begin, perform and complete each move.
- Precise knowledge of exactly what you need to help your students. For example, how each hand grip needs to be, how high up, how many gathers to take, exactly where to stand and how to fold to begin each more, and you will know all the key cueing points.
- You will be able to give clear instructions to keep everyone in the room safe. You will be able to offer both hands on and hands off assistance as required.
